Parents are requested to pay the School Fees within the specified period for each quarter as mentioned below at the school counter.

After the due date, i.e., the 15th of 1st month of the due period, fees may be deposited with a fine as per the following details:

Rs. 10/- per day up to the last of the concerned month.

Rs. 20/- per day for the next month and

Thereafter Rs. 30/- per day up to the date of deposit.

Non-Deposit of fees after the due date, will force the school authorities to strike off the name of the student from the roll without prior notice.

Cheque returned by Bank for any reason will be treated as non-payment. New payment to be made by pay order only together with penalty of Rs. 100/- and corresponding late fee.

The draft/Cheque should bear the child’s Name, Class and Section, Admission Number on the reserve. Fees will not be accepted without these particulars.

After the specified dates, fee dues along with the fine will be deposited in the School (Accounts Dept.)

Fee slip, if lost, will be replaced only on payment of Rs. 5/- per slip.

Fees once deposited will not be refunded in any case.

If paid annually, till 30th April a rebate of 2% on tuition fees will be allowed.

Payment to be made by Draft/Cheque only, drawn in favour of “Sadhu Vaswani International School for Girls, New Delhi”. Outstation cheques and cheques of non-clearing banks and branches will not be accepted by the bank. All fees are payable from 1st to 15th of the 1st month of each quarter, i.e., from 1st to 15th April, July, October and January.

A written notice must be given, one calendar month in advance; otherwise the fee for one month in lieu of the notice period will be charged.

For withdrawal in April, fees of May and June will also be charged. No transfer certificates will be issue until all the school dues are cleared.

A fee of Rs. 20/- will be charged for issue of duplicate copy of the Transfer Certificate after the parent submits and affidavit about the loss of the original certificate.
